Could I get Order Numbers 111874854 and 111252088 reset please...

Ahh I see what happened. Deb probably just reset all downloads for your username of angelbearzs but these two orders were both gifts to you so in this case we would have to go into those individual order IDs and reset downloads:) I just did this so you should now be able to redownload both these gifts
