I thought this might interest some here.  Its a technique where a video is shot and than a still is made of that video, with some of the movements from the video retained.  Here are some links of examples and tutorials.

I reall liked #2...tres subtle...thanx fer posting these.. ...

 

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again
