Hey Poserites,

   I was lucky enough to win Poser 8 in last years Holiday contest but when I downloaded the files I think I didn't download all the files I needed. By the time I got around to installing Poser 8 on my new computer I realized I didn't download the Content files for Poser 8 and the legacy content.  I have looked on Smith Micro's website and contacted them with no luck or info yet. So,where can I download the Content Files for Poser 8 and the legacy files. I don't use Poser a lot but I do need it at times so any help would be appreciated.

They only allow downloads for a limited time.  Check the email they sent you with the links-I find the links they send in the E-mail last longer than the ones in the account.

If that doesn't work, send a support request with  Attn. John in the subject -he's very helpful.

Did you issue a ticket through Content Paradise?

Since it was free, you may have to look into Extended Download Service.  If you do purchase ESD, you have only 30 days to download the software.

Exactly what content you think is missing?

When you accepted the free download, did you make sure there were no restrictions or limitations?

Thanks for the responses.   I did get an email with the links and I remember them being time sensitive.  The email was on my old computer which died a while ago so I can't get the email to look at. I did submit a support request with my serial number but haven't heard anything back yet.   

 The only figures  that load in Poser 8 is the "Skeleton" figure. During installation it says it can't find the Content files and I don't see the standard Poser figures.   

WandW,  I will submit another ticket at Smith Micro suppoort with "John" in the Subject heading and I will check out the link you gave for the legacy content.
