I was searching Google for something and stumbled onto a page of old Renderosity Articles. Some links worked, others didn't.

This one I found particularly interesting and thought it would be helpful to our new Poser users. There is some very good advice and tips in it.

"It is good to see ourselves as others see us. Try as we may, we are never
able to know ourselves fully as we are, especially the evil side of us.
This we can do only if we are not angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to say." - Ghandi

Yep, great tips.  I almost forgot about this one.

I decided that once a week I'm going to troll the old archives and tutorials and post one or 2 relevant ones.

Ah, it's been a looong time since I thought about that tutorial.  ;)  Thank you very much, I'm glad it's still useful. Keep in mind though I wrote that YEARS ago using Poser 4 and some of the issues have been resolved. Hopefully the ones about the camera focal length, lighting, and others may still be helpful.

Take care!

I do not speak as a representative of DAZ, I speak only as a long-time member here. Be nice (and quit lying about DAZ) and I'll be nice too.

Just a quick question about tutorials in general. Is there a way that you can view all pages instead of having to go backwards and forwards through them?

Daz Studio 4.8 and 4.9beta, Blender 2.78, Sketchup, Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev SR5 on Windows 8 Pro x64. Poser Display Units are inches

I don't think so. I too would prefer if they displayed on a single page where I could scroll down rather than clicking on pages.

If you select Printer Friendly version, you will be able to scroll down - all on one page.

I still like your Snow Cloning tutorial.  When compositing, it sometimes helps to have the clothing a separate layer.

Thanks, works great! I always thought it just made the current page printer friendly, so never used it.

Who wants to convert all those old tutorials to scrollable PDF files? Not me!
