Hi, I made a purchase yesterday and received the order confirmation email. But today it still says 'Download Pending'. I paid with paypal, so the payment should have gone through by now. I'm not a first time buyer as I have bought a few things before, so the waiting for 24 hours thing shouldn't apply.  Could someone give me some information on howlong it should take?

I am having a hard time finding your paypal transaction, please provide me with your paypal transaction ID# so I can verify your paypal payment and mark your order as paid.

Hi Kristi, thanks very much for the quick reply. Silly me, I checked and the payment is pending on my account end so it's nothing Rendersosity can do. It should go through soon so I'll have to be patient!:) But anyway the ID 90Y787939G3386455 if you still need it.

As soon as it clears, it will mark your order as paid and you will be able to download your products : )
