Subject: Keyboard Shortcuts for Trackball Controls?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Poser Pro 2010 so please forgive me if this sounds like a dumb question.   I've been trying to find out if there are any keyboard shortcuts that perform exactly the same functions as directly manipulating the trackball controls (rotate, pan, etc.).   But so far I can't find anything.   I have found that holding ALT and dragging with the left mouse button will rotate the main view in a slightly less convenient way than dragging on the actual trackball, but are there any other shortcuts?
