Bonjour

 I have bought yesterday this product from DAZ :Battle maiden for V4

 the product was downloaded and  seems to have to correct size

It start ok but but stop without installation Just a blank window is opened

 I have downloaded again Same problem

Some suggestion?

 I am with Windows 7 64 bits i also tried in compatibilty mode XP Same result

You might see if you can sort out who made this item, then contact Daz Support. The connection to vendors at Daz isn't as transparent as it is here at Rendo, but I'm sure there must be some way they can help you.

IIRC, BattleMaiden is considered a DAZ original so you should contact DAZ tech support.

However, the first thing they will tell you is one, make sure you have downloaded all the installers and two, clear you browser cache and they download it again.

Don't use download managers at DAZ.  If you can, download from DAZ at low traffic hours.  DAZ is in the Mountain Time zone.

The solution was to clean up all windows and internet caches

After this i have installed correctly the product
