Anyone know of any decent downloading programs that let you start the download again? Firefox used to but now starts over.

There is a plugin to Firefox called "downloadhelper", I used that to resume when i downloaded Poser Pro 2012 + content.

Nothing will help if the server doesn't support restarting downloads. Most places specify what's possible, but where that isn't the case you'll want to contact the site support.

A downlaod manager comes with firefox. It allows you to pause, stop, and refresh a download.
