Is it now possible with weight maps to blend the two figures? Morph one o the other and also the weigt maps and joint centers? Would be a fake genesis :)

No.  Weight maps have to do with movement not morphing.  In order to get what you are asking, M4 would have to be a morph of V4 which it is not.  The female to male morphing of Genesis is nothing new.  V3 had male morphs and V4 had male morphs.

Actually, yes, it would be possible to make something like that, using the weightmaps in conjunction with animatable joint centers. IMHO, possibly more trouble than it's worth, but nonetheless entirely possible.
