Subject: Cornucopia3D problem

I tried to renew my C.Club membership, but although C3D took my money, they haven't updated my profile.  I sent a couple of emails to support, but have not heard anything back.  Is it normal for them to be so unresponsive? Even an email saying they had received my email would have sufficed.  I have a feeling if I contact E-On, they will just tell me to contact C3D support.

 

I hate to say it, but I am getting a little mad.  It almost feels like fraud to me.  It isn't quite stealing as I willing parted with the money, but they haven't delivered what they promised either.

When did you make your renewal? I believe the site admin is ill today. Probably back at work tomorrow.
