His account is active..its got to be something he is doing at login. Make sure he is only entering his username and password on the login screen..not an email address. Also, he may try copy/pasting his login info just in case.
Let me know if he still can't get in and I'll reset things for him :)

This is the error he has gotten. I don't know if he already fired off the email to admin yet or if something has been done. I just got on this morning and as sleepy as I am and without my coffee, I'll crosspost what he had posted
