Subject: can't create new pose or new cr2 in poser 2010

hi

i work with poser 2010 64 bit wit win 7 64 bit

when i try to create new pose or new cr2 i get ** warning: cannot open c:program filessmith microposer pro 2010runtimelibraries.....**

 

what i can do to solve the problem ?

You probably are running into operating system protection, with UAC enabled. Google UAC for information about it, or search this forum for UAC. It's a big problem.

Basically, if you installed your main runtime into program files, you are going to have issues.

Either re-install with the main runtime installed to the location recommended by the installer, or don't bother saving to that one. Make a new library, for your stuff, and save to there. That's probably wise anyway. You should back up your own content. You do not need to back up the main runtime at all if you never put anything in it but what was installed at the beginning.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
