Hi

I have installed Particles 3 on my desktop and my laptop (both run windows7) I am using Poser 2010 Pro. It runs fine on my laptop. But whenever I try to simulate the premade particle effect (for example portal) I keep getting the error message that there is no module prt3Gui. I have triple checked the paths and they are the same as my laptop and it sees it...so no idea why I cant get it to work. I can get it to add the preset to the scene just not anything to do with configure or simulate. I get the same message. If anyone has ideas I would appreciate. Thanks. Heather

Why not contact Poseworks, making sure you tell them which versions of Windows 7 are on your machines.

Windows 10 x64 Pro - Intel Xeon E5450 @ 3.00GHz (x2)

PoserPro 11 - Units: Metres

Adobe CC 2017

Dan turned over Particles 3, GlowWorm and ShaderSpider to the Google Open Source Code project.  You can register and d/l the code.  There are or were a couple of people working on Particles and ShaderSpider but so far, I haven't heard if anyone has made any headway.  If you d/l, you only get the code.  If you want the presets, you have to buy the product from DAZ.

I've gotten variable results with P8 and Pro 2010 and Particles 3.  I don't have trouble with presets but I have the feeling that's because I'm using the upgrade version and have both Particles 2 and 3 upgrade installed to the same folder.
