Subject: backdrop deluxe issues

hi all , i bought backdrop deluxe and i cannot get the damn thing to work properly. when i load a background only half of the background picture is rendered! does anyone know what this is and what can i do to put it right? thanks in advance.....

I am assuming that you mean Nerd3d's backdrop?

 

If so, depending on how you load it, you need to load the same image to the backdrop and the floor
