An impressive demo of real-time skin rendering.

His site has a link to the demo. You will need a DirectX 10 graphics card(plus Win 7 or Vista) to run it. My 560ti can run at >100fps, and someone commented that his geforce 8800 can get 20fps. It pushes your gfx card to 100% though so try it with a stable system. 

The demo starts with the movie, you can press space to skip it. After that you have the 3d scene to play with, where you can adjust the camera, lights, sss settings etc, and see the result in real-time.
