I ordered something over 30 minutes ago and PayPal STILL hasn't informed you of the payment. I have the receipt, but it's not doing me any good. Is there any way we can cancel out this order and let me pay the 3.43 with my credit card so I can actually get this and use it BEFORE my next birthday?
Stupid PayPal...they even have a new notice at the bottom of their reciept that says I am entitled to a refund if they don't pay it within ten days. As-clowns.
