Hi.
For updates you upload the new product zip the our ftp at ftp://ftp.renderosity.com/incoming/store by using windows explorer if you like. Drag and drop your new/updated file for the product there and then let me know when it's completed uploading. It will seem to disappear when it finishes...this is just to keep anyone else from seeing it, we will be able to see it there. If you would send an email to vendors@renderosity.com when it's done so we can continue the process through there and I can send you instructions on how to send out the Email Buyers to let them know they can get the latest version. :-)

Updated my software and would like to send everyone who has bought my product, DrPoser, an updated version... read somewhere that another vendor distributed a new copy of their product via SiteMail but I can't add an attachment when I try it.
I have a zip file containing the latest version.
Am I missing something? Or is there another way to do this?
PLUS would like to replace the version on sale with the latest version. How do I do this?
Sorry to fuss but the new version is so much better and I think they'll really appreciate it.
