When trying to install this, I am told it has to installed to the file that contains my

Poser executable. What does this mean, and what am I supposed to to to install.

Thanks.

Online Now!

Typically, that is where your Poser.exe is located, which means the main runtime folder.  Although you can install to an external runtime, that runtime should contain all the base and morph packages for V4.

there are a couple of ways to fool the installers.

one>>> choose 'daz studio' as the app to install to( installer will not look for a file called 'poser.exe', this will make no difference to the install path )

two>>>  make a dummy 'Poser.exe' file in the folder you want to install to. ( use notepad, save an empty .txt file with the name 'Poser', then change the .txt to .exe.

be aware, all gen 4 morph sets have to be installed to the same folder/runtime as the base figure.

this happens a lot with installing daz products into PoserPro, as the installer always looks for a 'Poser.exe' and with PP the executable is called 'PoserPro.exe'

Go with the DAZ installer option, you should have no probs with it.

All the best.
