Ok so i have attached a pic of my render. Its white with little like lines through the render. Anyone know why this is happening? Could it be the lighting i used?

Or there is a wall between your camera and the scene?
Or your camera is outside of the env sphere?

Check what is in between your camera and scene

I'm with vilters. There's something in front of your camera.

Best way to find out is to make all actors visible.
Use a zoom out of a top camera to see what is between the 2 (scene and camera)

If it is a wall, you can make it invisible or make it transparant.
Or if it is a stand alone object, remove it
