Hi,

The last render rewards awarded to me was in April.  My last purchace was July 4th.  I've not received any notice about my rewards as of yet.  Can someone please let me know what's going on?

Hi Richard,

After looking at your order history you didn't make a purchase in May or June so you wouldn't have Render Rewards for July.  But you will have Rewards for the purchases you have made in July available for August.
