Subject: Losing Exif data suddenly

Replicant ( ) posted Tue, 07 August 2012 at 5:12 PM · edited Wed, 13 November 2024 at 11:41 AM

I've uploaded 4 new photographs in the past few days. The Exif data saved fine with the first. The other three it's disappeared. I shoot RAW and open them in CS5 for editing. 'Save as' whatever each time. I can't think of a single thing I've done differently in my import/export workflow but none of my photos are saving out with Exif intact anymore.

Any suggestions anyone?

I have an earlier version but I found that if I directly saved for web I would lose the EXIF, but if I used the batch processor to convert one or more photos to a smaller size the EXIF data stayed intact. Hope that helps!

I don't use save for web. I'll try the batch processor.
