Subject: Foot Morphs question

Does anyone know if there is a way to create morphs on just one foot and then apply that morph to both feet?  Like to dupicate and flip it somehow I suppose.  I am speaking of doing this to V4 - 

So far in Hexagon it isn't really possible for me to symmetrically morph them.  So I'm hoping I don't have to eyeball it to make sure they are both close to the same.
