I want to offer my services. If anyone needs animations rendered in Poser, I have 7 computers to render with. I render out png files and assemble in AE, so I can render whatever file type you need.

That's very generous. I think that the complication (and probably the reason we don't see many if any commercial Poser render farms), would be content. Unless you have all the required content for a scene, people would have to send you that content - which is usually a no no. Even most free items forbid redistribution. I'd be happy to find out that there was a way around that issue.

I think if you do a scene collection, and not sending the installer, it's ok. Besides, it's not being redistributed for use or profit.

I think that you have not researched this and this conclusion is not based on any facts. 

Why do you think there is a distinct absence of Poser render farms?

Let's put it this way - most of the scenes will probably include at least one DAZ item. Take a few minutes and email or call DAZ and ask them how they feel about it. You can also ask in the copyright forum here. The fact that it's not for use or profit isn't going to make a difference. It's a nice idea but the legal reality just isn't going to work IMO.
