Subject: Problem with Prime?

I have a couple of prime items in my cart, but they are showing up at regular rather than prime pricing.  Is there an issue with prime pricing right now?

Examples are Black Citadel and Real Wind Zeppelin.

Occasionally this will happen but we have tried to duplicate what is causing this to occur and cannot. Could you try taking them out of your cart then go back to the product page and try to re add and see if it then shows up at the correct prime price?

Okay good. We cannot for the life of us figure out what causes this to sometimes happen? We don't know if it's something to do with it maybe being added to the cart from the wishlist if it's a prime classic that was just added or some other scenario and we've tried all types of ways of adding to try and duplicate this occasional issue but we've yet to have it happen when we are testing??

 

Anyhoo, glad you noticed and asked before completing checkout and were able to get them back in the cart at the correct prime price
