Subject: Not accepting my render rewards?

Today is 29th Dec and I tried to apply my render rewards but it's telling me that "that gift certificate has already been spent", but it hasn't.

At least I don't remember using it, and if I had already used it why is it still showing up in my render rewards?

Hope you can sort this out for me 'cos I don't want to miss out on a little something off my bill. Thank you 8)

Hi

 

You did use it on your first order in Dec (112248244).  The render rewards page shows the original balance then if you look to your right you will see where it says "remaining 0.00" which means you used it and if you go into that order number I gave you above you can see that you applied the 13.99 to that order
