Could I get order #112262161 reset please, everytime I get to the halfway point it times out on me :-(

Hello,

I have reset your downloads for you so you can try again.

 

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.

Actually I will need this reset  again...  the first file in the order is causing me problems, it keeps stopping at 25.6MB. It let me try 5 times (because sometimes the system doesn't recognized a failed attempt).  Other things are downloading fine, just not this one.   It zips along quickly until it hits 25.8Mb, then it just stops.

 

I'll have to take the laptop & go into town to try again this afternoon.
