Subject: Creating a new Figure Morph with the Morphing Tool

3doutlaw ( ) posted Mon, 14 January 2013 at 12:23 PM · edited Mon, 23 December 2024 at 5:11 PM

I am following a tutorial on using the Morphing tool to create a new morph in a character, but I can't seem to get it to stick (i.e. when I reload that figure, the morph shows as an option)

I am using A3, and the morph tool to modify her shape.

I get the custom morph dial on each, Right and Left Collar, bodypart.

I can Object -> Spawn Morph Target on each, and I get a dial for each.  Those dials work, as I tested zero-ing out the Custom Dial Morph and setting those dials.

I then leave them set, and Figure -> Create Full Body Morph....which give me a new dial.  (I was thinking this is the one that stays with the figure if reloaded)

...but that new Body dial does not work at all?!?

I must be missing a step, can anyone point me in the right direction here?  Thanks

Argh...I tried to delete the non-working full body morph, and it did not delete, but now it works???  Who knows...

Anyway, I saved the figure with the morph off as a CR2, so not to lose it.  That works as well.

So I've got a CR2 with a Full body Morph I made...and I was going to follow THIS TUTORIAL to make a PZ2 for the injection, but it does not work at all.

Is A3 different from othe figures, being on the older side, some of this PBMCC channel stuff does not work?  I just noticed I dont see that or community on the figure?
