Hey there

Can you please reset all my downloads, as I've lost everything when my external hard drive crashed.

As a side question:  Do you have backup copies of any of my products that are no longer for sale, so that I can redownload them?

Hi Shadavar,

   I have reset all of your downloads for you. 

As for having backups of files that are no longer available, we would need to know specifically which files it is that you no longer have access to download to see if we have those backed up.
