Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 06 7:01 am)
Your old runtimes and the data in them (unless they got hosed somehow) should still be accessible from Poser if you pointed to them in the library. If you moved those older files, you may have forgotten something.
I only chimed in as I just recently was checking old files (Poser 5 and 6) and they load up just fine in Poser Pro 2012.
Run a general search for .obj and see where that takes you.

my runtime is huge and very old. Im finding that some older items that were made for V1 and V2 give me an error about not finding the geometry files and I cant find these in a search of the runtime folders. My guess is that they were made in a different way than Poser is now expecting. I seem to be only having this problem with stuff I bought at RTDNA (a very long time ago) because I have props and figures that are older that I got from Zygote (DAZ) and RMP that still work.
if there is another thread on this subject point me in the right direction.
