Try it with and witout GC, it depends on what you are trying to achieve: for drama no GC, though not sure why the above was a valid reply to original Q.

I have a facial expression I have developed that I would like to save and add to my expressions library. How is this done in 2012?
I also want to save a couple of custom shader nodes. How is this also done in 2012?
I checked the tutorials here and found nothing I could recognize on either one.
