I am so sorry for the Render Rewards not being applied to your order, I have heard this has happened a couple of time. Unfortunately the fix for this issue will need to be fixed while we are in the office. With that said I will be back in touch with you on Monday morning to get these rewards back to you.

Well the most recent issue with the Render Rewards left the member without them in their account, but also did not get applied to their order. So since your rewards are still available you will still be able to use them until the end of the month.
Please make sure that you copy and paste the entire code in the Gift Certificate field at the checkout process.

Hello.
The subject above tells you my problem. I just made a purchase, and copied and pasted my render rewards coupon in number, but it was not accepted by Renderosity for my purchase. Could you help me with this.
