Hi, I am trying to check out and use some of my last months Render Rewards but am only getting the coupon code and store credit input windows, there is no gift certificate window showing on the payment page.  Please help! :)

I just checked out using a gift certificate I bought during the sale.  It worked.  Maybe it's the render rewards aspect that's not working.  Hard to get an answer around here sometimes.

  That was baffling for a moment! 

You have a gift certificate in your cart and that's why it won't go through. You'll have to remove the gift certificate and buy it separately from your other items because you can't buy a gift certificate with one.
