I have applied these rewards with no issue.

Please try again and copy the code from the Render Rewards and paste it into Gift Certificate and press apply.

If you are still having issues, please let me know.

Hi Amanda.

I just tried to apply my render rewards on a purchase, but it would not work.

I have 2 items in my cart for $26.46.

I would be fine with you applying the render rewards of $8.31
