Hello Helderres,
There ares many free tutorials but, if you want to learn rapidly and in deep, you can find a paying one here at Rendo:
Fugazi1968 and Iroman13 did a very complete and awesome one. i did learn a lot with it and it really worth the price: poser-beginner-to-advanced
http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/poser-beginner-to-advanced/95392/
It's a very complete one, amazing work!!
If after, you want to go deeper in creating and controling your own creation,
there is also two advanced tutorials sold on RDNA by DarkEdgeDesign:
http://www.runtimedna.com/Developer-Trade-Secrets.html
http://www.runtimedna.com/Poser-9-and-Poser-2012-Creating-Conforming-Clothing.html
There is also (to learn how to model for poser) a very great serie by Littlefox at RDNA:
http://www.runtimedna.com/Modeling-with-Littlefox-Part-Collection1.html
And finally, all the great serie from Fugazi1968 (http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/vendor/Fugazi1968) to create and control your creations.
OK, those ares paying ones, but those ones really worth their price and will teach you how to get the best from poser.
Hope it answers your question and help you
