I cross posted and if this isn't okay let me know.

Just a heads up that HitFilm 2 is coming to Mac (PC people you can also get the discount).  They did their kickstarter for the Mac version and it is Funded.  They are doing some stretch bonuses now.
But if you arn't needing it right now  you can buy in on the Kickstarter and get it for a huge discount. 

It is a special effects / compositing and video editor. (and more)

It supports 3d camera's movement and 3d objects directly imported in now as well.  It has its own 3dcamera resolver and I believe supports .ma files
