I think Erato Hair, because it's mentioned in the Promo Credits tab.

don' tthink it is in the promo credits, unless she used that braid on the side hair then put another braid on the other side for the render.

Glad I could help.

Looking at the similar highlights, I'd say it's the default texture with a slight tint of the diffuse channel.
