for a project i gonna need a clothed witch character for poser.

Getting someone to custom build you a figure as a one off will cost you a lot of money.  Why not use one of the available characters, such as - for example - Girl 4 from DAZ?

If  you want to go the custom route, PhilC will build you an excellent model.  Contact him for a quote.
