Subject: Why I hate computers, (at times anyway)!!!

Hi

I just spent 15 minutes trying to log into DAZ.

I put in my email and password and it says invalid login or password.

So I finally click, "Forgot my Password"

They send me a password update email.

I change my password, it says "Your password has been updated" and I try to login again.

Same thing, I do it all over again, same thing, I do it all over again, same thing.

I go to create a new account, and type in my email address, it say "There is already and account associated with this email address, if this is your address click here.

It takes me back to the forgot your password page again.

Same Thing.

I give up!

I don't know how many times over the years I've gone through this.

I know, I should contact them, but I just wanted to vent.

That would have more to do with their site than with your comupter.  Be disapponted with your computer for not knowing the difference and auto-suggesting alternative purchase options. :)

also try clearing your browser cache, i think sometimes this hangs stuff up.

This has happened to me before too, a weird loop of some type. If I completely close down my computer and restart, sometimes it fixes the issue.

The most annoying part of this hassle is that it tends to happen on paid-subscription sites more than free sites.  Most free sites do a good job of holding your password.  

Supposedly you're paying for increased convenience and increased access, but most of the time you're paying for an inconvenient version of the same access.
