If ive moddelled an animation where Victoria 4 breasts move up and down like in a running sequence, how do you get a bikini thats conformed ,  to follow the breasts movements . At the moment the breasts just poke above and then below the bikini. 

 Used to do it automatically before. Is there some option ive mis selected or something

i think the breast movements are magnets. 

one way, you'd convert the magnets to morphs, then use a utility like Morphing Clothes to add the morphs to the clothes.

You have two options: You can use Wardrobe Wizard (or some kind of script to transfer morphs), or you can clothify part of the conforming outfit and run it through a cloth room simulation. That's what I did in creating THIS animation:

The wedding dress and the leotard outfit the heroine wears are both conforming cloth figures. You may need to look closely because it's subtle, but there's quite a bit of breast movement in the animation, yet the conforming clothes faithfully follow her feminine wiggle.

did you run the pose file to magnetize the clothing ?

if a conformer has the morphs of the figure it should be automatic. If magnetise doesnt fix it, and the morphs are not in the conformer then you can either do the breast up/down with magnets or use some utility to add the morphs to the clothing.

another option is to lose the bikini top ;-)     Ockham has a script to help animate jiggles.
