Suggestion Box F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 02 11:41 am)
This forum is designed for suggestions from the community on how you feel we can improve Renderosity.
I agree with Ray, and I'll add one more thing, the possibility of creating more than one wishlist that can be merged.
In the recent clearance sale I wanted to go through all the clearance items I was interested in and then pare them down. To do this I had to put them all into my cart, then copy to a spreadsheet, one at a time, and then work in the spreadsheet. It would have been nice to put them into a separate wishlist from my long-term wishlist of clearance items, and regular items and then transfer to and from my shopping cart as I worked on it.
By the way, when I copy to a spreadsheet, the thumbnail image is important to me down the road for archving, so if you do get around to doing the export function that Ray suggests, I'd like to see one line per vendor item with:
PCC expiration date, Regular Price, thumbnail image, Description, Vendor, and Sale price

Good Morning!
I like the (new?) addition of the 'move to top' icon in one's wishlist, but I have a couple other requests that I hope might be considered/added...
One suggestion is that the default 'order' for the wishlist is the date it was added to the list (versus the current alphabetical order.) While alphabetical is nice/desired, being able to display the list in chronological order would make it easier to find something I recently added. My 'buying process' goes something like this... I see something that I like in the 'Hot' or 'New' catageories, and like all addicts, want it NOW, so I add it to the cart. Later that day/week - when reality sets in, and I can't afford all of it - I pare down that cart, with the 'dropped' items going to the wishlist. But since it will be mixed-in with all the others in alphabetical order, it's a pain trying to find it in the wishlist. Granted, once I find it, I could then use 'move to top' function... My current workaround is to do a screenshot of the 'full cart', but it would be much easier if this was automatic....
My second request would be for an export function for the wishlist - that way I could import it into an Excel spreadsheet and make my own annotations (i.e. requires these prerequisite products, PRIME Classic that expires on xx/xx/2013, etc)
Thanks for listening - hopefully others might consider these ideas useful/desirable, and they might be programmed sometime in the future...
