Depending on the version of poser you are using, set filtering to either crisp or none. Scene fixer will do that for th eentire scene.
Filtering with quality on textures that are not power of 2 can cause loss of a pixel around the edge of the texture.
Also make sure to render with shading rate of .2.

I can't remember how to get rid of the seams showing on Poser figures when rendered. Please have patients I haven't been using poser for rendering in a looooonnnnggg time so I am getting back into it. I thought there was a python by D3D that solved this? Anyway....help? LOL!!!
