Subject: RoseRaven Downloads seem corrupted

I have never had this problem with a download from renderosity, but twice I've downloaded the file, and both times, I was told it was corrupted/incomplete during extraction. Both times the file size was different. I downloaded 5 other files tonight and none of them had any problems (nor any other downloads in my years of buying stuff). I think the file itself is messed up on the server.

You will need to contact the vendor directly for product support.

Hm, I didn't get a notification that you replied about this, so I'm just seeing this. 

I sent rhiannon a PM, though, I am pretty sure the problem is on your end. Even if it's not, I would hope that the zip files we download have at least minimal QC applied to them to guarantee that they are valid and for the product they are associated with. The browsers (and I've tried it with Chrome and Firefox, both result with the same problemed zips) both think the file should be smaller than what is downloaded, which sounds like the server itself is behaving incorrectly. But, if she can get me the files via another way, that's fine too. Perhaps this is happening to lots of other people but their zip program just doesn't tell them?

All files are thoroughly tested and we haven't received any other complaints on this item and I just downloaded them successfully so not sure why you are having issues but Rhi should be responding to you soon if she hasn't already,
