Subject: Rendering video with background footage.

Hi

I've tried over and over with every setting I can think of and I can't get poser to render the background video when I output my video file?

Usually this isn't a problem: I output the video on a green background and put the background in, in Premiere.

But this time I'm having problems with this particular file in Premiere, so I'd like to output it with the background footage in place from Poser.

I have done this in the past with other versions of Poser.

I'm using Poser Pro 2014.

When I make the video, the background just doesn't show.

The video comes out on a green or whatever color background I have set and no background footage.

What I'm doing this time is, I have an umbrella, and it the title of the film, the umbrella pops open it the screen, and you see it as if you are holding it, it moves up to the top of the screen and positions itself as if the viewer is standing under it seeing the front edge at the top of the screen.

The umbrella then moves around as if someone is walking with it, and the background video moves along a path so it looks like the viewer is walking along holding an umbrella.

I've tried with different Firefly settings but no background video.

I'm outputting using Windows Media files.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you shoot a mime, do you need a silencer?

Whoo Hooo!!!

I've had problems with this for a long time and the answer is really very simple.

All you have to do is select ScreeD instead to OpenGL and the background video appears.

And it renders fairly quickly.

This opens a lot of new possibilities, and will make a lot of what I'm doing easier.
