Could you please reset ALL my downloads?
I've just found several more of my items from much older orders that have been maxxed out of downloads, but it's all for the same reasons as before since I was trying to redownload my older purchases to match my newsest ones before I burned them off to disc here at home.

Could I please have a reset on all the items in my order of today I just made:

I'm still installing a lot of stuff into my new computer system and configuring up Windows 8 and a zillion things (you know how tedious and mind numbing that is), and I installed a download manager to help with my downloads elsewhere but it was at it's deafult to download mutliple files with multiple parts thereof in my system.
So it powered through whilst I was off in the kitchen and used up all my 'download attempts' but didn't download any of the ZIP files. The result is the store system thinks I've been hitting the downloads of that order multiple times and so has maxxed it out for me.
I've finally found the preferences for that download manager and set it to something normal as well as disabling it from being a default download conduit on the system.
Let that also be a lesson for others. ;-)
