So....

I have been off the webs for awhile, and started modeling again.

Can you tell who the mysterious woman is in the Spider Woman outfit?

I took some liberties with her original costume. I added the spider and the webbing around her chest and shoulders and took the upside down triangle off her mask, but otherwise it's pretty true to the original.

Don't go by the hair, it's a refit...

Lol, yeah, but I am trying to see if you can tell which Poser model I used to make the suit.

Nope. But that was close. She is not a native Poser figure. And she's not a V anything...

It was tempting to use Dawn for this suit because there is a clothing utility included with her, but nope, it's not Dawn.

Wow... I guess the complete coverage of the suit plus the fact that I didn't include anything to base her scale on in the scene really did hide the fact that she is...

Nice to see someone using her. I think she is underused.

Wow... I had totally forgotten about this. Thanks for the reminder. I am going to have to put this on my to do list and get it rigged...

And all the Poser native models are underused next to the V-(insert version here) of the world.

Great outfit.  Actually she has got a really nice body shape/proportions.

Has anyone made a utility to get the V textures onto Micki 4?

I don't think anyone has to my knowledge, but then again, I pay little attention. Miki 4 has been one of my favorites to work with since I got Poser 9. I like how she bends, and how easy it is to make stuff for her.

Her skin texture is a little washed out IMHO, but I can work with it. I very RARELY ever pose and render her nude anyhow...

I don't know. I wish she had more options available to her in that department, like several of the other characters do. I have changed her textures in GIMP before, but I didn't really like the result.

I noticed her smile isn't very nice either in the promos for various products.

The biggest problem I have when I render her, and it doesn't matter the lighting, camera angle, distance.... her eyes are always washed out in the renders. If she is looking right or left; up or down, you can't tell when the render completes.

But as far as working with her, so far I really can't complain. Rigging her Halo armor was a huge endeavor for me. I learned quite a bit from that experience.
