I have lost everything for poser and I have used all my downloads for seversl of the items i have bought can I get my downloads all reset

Depends on What you bought, where and when.

AFAIK, both DAZ and Renderosity, pretty much allow you to download anything in your download history at any time.

Content Paradise unfortunately only allows you a limited download time and thats it. I'm not sure what policies other stores have, but you can always just ask.
