I got into Poser through The Sims 2 and later The Sims 3. Eventually I gave my Sims 3 stuff away because I needed the time back in my life.

Auxiliary Apps: Blender 2.79, Vue Complete 2016, Genetica 4 Pro, Gliftex 11 Pro, CorelDraw Suite X6, Comic Life 2, Project Dogwaffle Howler 8, Stitch Witch

About 5 years ago, a Facebook game my wife was playing, ***YoVille*** (flash based) perked my interest when she showed me 3D art published in the in game . ***Yoville exposure turned me on to Poser and DAZ 3d graphics.*** The YoVille"virtual" gallaries and the incredily elaborate scenes made with accumulated sprites really demonstrates the power of creativity through constraint. Sprites are 2D flash objects that are purchased or won and used to decorate, collect or animate people and scenes in the game. Many of the 6 million YoVille citizens are enthusastic about their art, and they eagerly showed me the way to Poser and DAZ so I could get in on the creativity. Happy I did because I met some great people and my 3d graphics has taken me into some exciting new directions like 3dskydome.com development.
So what inspired you into 3d renders and Poser? *Was it a goofy game like YoVille or some deviant image posted in the shadows? *
More on YoVille's closure and the impact to the communiy here.
