Looks good for a start :-) Love the grey tones in the coloring!
If I may make some suggestions: facial hair is thicker, and less dense, than head-hair, and therefore a bit more jumpy too. So the beard and brows look a bit too smooth to me, they "feel too soft" if that makes sense in a 3D image.
