Okay so I have Reality 3 for poser just got brand new yesterday and after figuring this out like what a girl's red hair was showing up grey  I finally got something rendering omg thus far it looks gorgeous... I am about 5hrs in... I know people say the renders can take all day...but is there a progress bar (like  what poser has) to get a vague Idea of how far along they are?

There is no progress bar as lux will render forever if your computer lasts that long. Look at the bottom on the lux window and look of s/p (samples per pixel) that is your progress indicator. The minimum recommended is 500 samples but some times you may want or need to go higher. Also looking at your image will help out. If the image looks good enough for you, then hit the stop button.

Available on Amazon for the Kindle E-Reader Monster of the North and The Shimmering Mage

Hello.

Thank you for purchasing Reality.

I strongly suggest that you read the Reality User's Guide (RUG). Without the necessary information you might end up spending a lot of time looking for information that is right at your fingertips. Twenty minutes with the RUG will literally save you hours, if not days, of trial and error. The part about LuxRender never stopping, for example, is right at the beginning of the guide.

Hope this helps.
