Hi.
I am unable to find that product in your purchase history or in your gifts account where others have purchased them for you. DM does run a BOGO from time to time, maybe you received it that way? We cannot just add it to your account. You would need to contact the vendor and ask if they have a record of gifting this product to you. They do keep records of those types of things and would know if they did. Please sitemail the vendor on this. :)

I'm missing the DM's Shrine from my downloads. I cannot find it anywhere in my downloads, but I did purchase it. I have several images with the sword prop and one with the full set I can show. This is the one with the full set. Can you please add it to my account? I would appreciate it, since it's not on this computer.
